The following price list is issued in Euros/ per week and villa. It is only possible to rent on a weekly basis.
Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros.
100 Euros final cleaning. As an inventory and breakage deposit, amount of 200 Euros, that you leave in cash,and you get it back on the departure date.
Cancellation charges: If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid. Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.

Booking notes
To confirm your booking we require a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the holiday, together with a signed booking form. We will hold a reservation request for 36 hours, after which, if the deposit has not been received we will assume cancellation of the request. The balance payment must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date and is non refundable.
